1. Return Eligibility
- Return Period: You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of Item: Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a resellable condition.
- Exclusions: Custom-made products or personalized items are not eligible for returns.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at service@osd.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
- Courier Pickup: Once your request is approved, we will schedule a free courier pickup for the item.
- Return Confirmation: Ensure the item is securely packaged for safe transport.
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery:
- Email: service@osd.co.za with your order number and a photo of the issue.
- We will arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost.

6. Subscription-Based Products
- Refunds for subscription-based products (e.g., web hosting) are available if requested within 14 days of purchase.
- After this period, subscriptions are non-refundable but can be canceled to stop future charges.
7. Shipping Costs
- Free Returns: We cover all return shipping costs for eligible products.
- Customer Responsibility: If the item does not meet the return conditions, return shipping costs may apply.
8. No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
